HD Boilers

SINCAL model HD steam boilers, of the pyrotubular type with defined water level, cover a wide range of steam production (from 345 to 4300 kg/h and operating pressures up to 12 bar*), making them one of the most versatile boilers on the market.

Their robust and reliable design, extensively tested and improved after years of experience, allows us to claim that they constitute the top of the range of three-pass flame reversing fireboxes.

All our boilers are manufactured according to the German steam boiler code TRD and comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

The HS boilers are equipped with GESTRA® controls, whose high quality allows us to affirm that it is one of the boilers with the highest reliability index in the market, reaching SIL3 level in the level control system. Like all the equipment manufactured by SINCAL, they are equipped as standard with our successful touch control panel and its associated PLC, both of our own design, which allow visual, easy and intuitive access to the working conditions of the boiler, modify its working parameters or view the activated alarms, among other functions.

As optional features, HS boilers can be equipped with economizer, continuous feed, 24-hour indirect monitoring, two pumps, automatic salt drain, etc.

On the flue side, all the exchange surfaces are accessible through a large hinged (and reversible) door at the front of the boiler. This greatly facilitates boiler cleaning and burner maintenance.

An inspection log is also available for easy monitoring of the condition of the water-side surfaces.
