The PCV boiler range is oriented to small steam productions, from 103 to 450 kg/h at working pressures between 4 and 10 bar.

Their main advantage is their small footprint, making them the best choice for situations where room dimensions are an issue.

The Sincal steam boiler, type PCV, is a pyrotubular boiler with a defined water level. It consists of a lower body, where the burner is installed, and a vaporization dome. It is built according to well-tried principles, which, together with the quality of the materials used in its manufacture, results in a robust and reliable boiler.

All our boilers are manufactured according to the German steam boiler code TRD and comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

UNRESTRICTED LOCATION

The key advantage of the PCV boilers is based on the fact that the complete range meets the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Regulations to be classified as first class, thus avoiding the restrictions applicable to their location, such as protection walls, distances to external risks, etc.

Also, their reduced dimensions allow their location in spaces where conventional horizontal pyrotubular boilers could not be installed.

STEAM QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE

On the flue side, all the exchange surfaces are accessible through the hinged door of the boiler. This greatly facilitates boiler cleaning and burner maintenance.

In addition, the volume of water contained in the boiler allows a good response to sudden variations in steam demand. On the other hand, the quality of the steam is dry saturated, much superior to that produced by coil boilers.

The pressure body is supplied with a double calorifuged, with an external finish in 1 mm thick pre-painted sheet metal. The scope of supply includes the stainless steel mechanical seal water supply pump, electrical panel, wiring, valves and fittings, and regulation and control elements.
