NCVR boilers
Biomass with fixed grill
Sincal NCVR boilers are the best choice when you want to produce steam with solid fuels in a robust, compact and simple system.
During the design process of these boilers, the characteristics of the different types of biomass most commonly used in the industry (wood chips, olive pits, orujillo, almond shells, etc.) have been taken into account at all times, resulting in a versatile design, suitable for a large number of fuels and providing an exceptional performance and level of emissions.
NCVR boilers have a fixed air-cooled grate to burn the fuel. This grill is located in a large antehogar that allows an optimal combustion.
In the lower area of the boiler’s outer ferrule, heat transfer is carried out by radiation and convection, this being the area where heat transfer is greatest. After the flue gas is blown into the boiler firebox and then into the flue gas passages. In both zones, heat transfer is by convection. Finally, the gases pass into the smoke box and from there are evacuated to the outside through the chimney.
Sincal biomass boilers are equipped with state-of-the-art technology accessories:
- Vertical centrifugal pumps in stainless steel, low power consumption and very quiet.
- Self-controlled and redundant electrode level control, according to European Directive.
- Pressure regulation by temperature, by means of PT100 probe and electronic regulator, which provides greater safety and precision.
- Quiet and efficient primary and secondary air fans
- Our successful electric panel with automaton and touch screen
