LD-HW boilers are superheated water boilers with three real flue passes (one in the furnace and two in tubes) for industrial use.

They are made of P265GH/P355GH quality steel plate. The design of the hot-air and the arrangement of the flue tubes, concentric to the firebox, allow a homogeneous heat exchange and a high efficiency, in addition to the three flue passages that allow low NOx emissions.

The pipes of the third gas passage have spirals that significantly increase turbulence and allow high heat transfer. The insulation of the pressure vessel and the smoke box is made of 130 mm thick rock wool, which guarantees minimum heat losses by radiation.

To facilitate the cleaning of the exchange surfaces, the boiler has a hinged door, easy to open, which allows access to the firebox and the tube bundles.

In addition, a catwalk and a ladder can be supplied to walk on top of the equipment.

LD-HW boilers are equipped with the SINCAL electrical control panel, which allows simple and intuitive operation of the equipment.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Sincal boilers are manufactured under the German TRD code (Tecnische Reglen für Dampkessel) and comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Optionally, they can also be manufactured according to other design codes such as ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers), BSS (British Standard Specifications, etc.).

Optionally, and depending on the return temperature, an energy recuperator or economizer can be installed, allowing energy recovery of up to 6%. In this way, the temperature of the combustion gases can be reduced to 130ºC. The heat exchanger (aquotubular) is made of high quality steel tubes.
The economizer can be integrated in the flue gas box or on the outside of the box, which makes it possible to adjust to the space available in the boiler room.
