The clean steam generator offered by SINCAL is suitable for situations where industrial steam is not suitable due to different demands on the quality of steam required by consumers.
OPERATION
There are different ways to produce clean steam, but the most common, due to the frequent availability of “dirty” or industrial steam in industries, is to use this medium to transform it into clean steam.
This transformation is performed by a clean steam generator, which is essentially a large heat exchanger. The heating is not produced through the action of a flame, but through a tubular bundle of steam at medium pressure (between 8 and 12 bar, or higher pressures in special cases), which vaporizes the water contained in a tank or boiler.
The generators are carefully studied from the point of view of thermal transfer to produce clean steam at low pressures, generally below 5 bar.
The entire generator assembly is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, as this is the best choice for sanitary or food applications. All valves in contact with the water or clean steam circuit are also supplied in stainless steel.
Like all equipment produced by SINCAL, the clean steam generators are certified according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) and are therefore CE marked.

Like all the equipment manufactured by SINCAL, they are equipped as standard with our successful touch control panel and its associated PLC, both of our own design, which allow visual, easy and intuitive access to the working conditions of the boiler, modify its working parameters or view the activated alarms, among other functions.
As optional features, these generators can be equipped with continuous power supply, indirect monitoring every 24 hours, two pumps, automatic salt purge, etc.

MAINTENANCE
Steam generators are extremely easy to maintain:
- The tubular bundle is completely removable through a flange located on the side of the equipment.
- All valves and accessories are easily accessible at different points on the generator.
- As they are made of stainless steel, the periodic maintenance to be carried out is considerably reduced.
