Sincal HK type steam boilers

SINCAL steam boilers model HK, pyrotubular type, with defined water level and three real flue gas passages, are the perfect design for medium and high steam production, from 3.2 to 20 tons of steam per hour at working pressures up to 16 bar*.

All our boilers are manufactured according to the German TRD steam boiler code and comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.

RELIABLE EQUIPMENT

The HK boilers are equipped with GESTRA® controls as standard, reaching SIL3 level in the level control system, allowing for excellent robustness and reliability.

Like all the equipment manufactured by SINCAL, they are equipped as standard with our successful touch control panel and its associated PLC, both of our own design, which allow visual, easy and intuitive access to the working conditions of the boiler, modify its working parameters or view the activated alarms, among other functions.

The boilers can also be equipped with economizer, continuous feed, indirect monitoring every 24 hours, two pumps, automatic salt drain, etc.

MAINTENANCE

On the flue side, all the exchange surfaces are accessible through the front hinged doors and the rear access to the flame reversing chamber and the firebox.

They also have a manhole at the top and two manholes or headers on both sides of the bottom, allowing access to the water side to check the state of conservation of the boiler interior.
