Sincal WAR hot water boilers for solid fuels are the most suitable solution for a multitude of situations where an efficient, simple and reliable boiler is required to produce hot water in industrial environments.
These are monobloc, pyrotubular boilers, with a completely water-cooled firebox, whose dimensions and shape ensure that the gases at the tube inlet do not exceed 700ºC, thus ensuring a longer boiler life due to lower thermal stress.
During the design process of these boilers, the characteristics of the different types of biomass most commonly used in the industry (wood chips, olive pits, pellets, nut shells, etc.) have been taken into account at all times, resulting in a versatile design suitable for a large number of fuels (*).
All parts of the boiler are accessible and cleaning can be easily done from the front side, through a door for this purpose.
All our boilers are manufactured according to the German steam boiler code TRD and comply with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU obtaining the corresponding CE marking.
