The RPV-1 and RPA-1 models have a smoke passage, the equipment consists of a tubular bundle joined by two tubular plates that serve as support.

The recovery boilers are equipped with GESTRA® controls as standard*, providing excellent robustness and reliability. Furthermore, the operation can be carried out through an automaton and a touch screen that allows to immediately obtain the working conditions of the boiler, as well as to modify the operating characteristics in a simple and intuitive way.

In addition, RPV boilers can be equipped with economizer, continuous feed, indirect monitoring every 24 hours, two pumps, automatic salt drain, etc.

MAINTENANCE

On the smoke side, all the exchange surfaces are accessible through the doors and registers available at the front and rear of the equipment.
