Sincal FT

SINCAL TH thermal oil boilers have a unique and innovative design that completely dispenses with the use of coils and tubes. They have a centered hearth and three real gas passages.

The horizontal arrangement of the boiler facilitates maintenance work, especially of the burner, which is at a height accessible from the floor of the boiler room, allowing maintenance without the use of mechanical or manual means, ladders or platforms for work at height.

The boiler can be delivered as a monobloc unit including the pressure vessel, base plate, expansion and oil storage tanks, pump, electrical panel and deaerator.

The pressure body is designed and constructed in accordance with the TRD code and complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and in line with the Pressure Equipment Regulation 2060/2008.

PRESSURIZED BODY

Sincal TH boilers have a unique design, thus dispensing with the use of a coil.

– First gas passage

Formed by the hearth where the combustion of the burner takes place, housing its flame and an external ferrule forming a “double wall” assembly through which the heat transfer fluid circulates “countercurrent”. The large diameter with which this assembly is designed and dimensioned, allows to attenuate considerably the effects that the transmission of heat by means of radiation causes in the degradation of the thermal fluid. Consequently, the properties of this fluid are prolonged and its replacement costs are considerably reduced over time.

– Second gas passage

Surrounding the previous set, there is another concentric ring nut to form the second gas passage. This design separates the circulation of gases from that of the thermal fluid, allowing them to circulate in countercurrent and thus achieving optimum heat transfer.

– Third gas passage

Following this same criterion and innovative design, the third gas passage is finally constituted by the outer ring nut.
In the outer ferrule are arranged the outlets for the outlet and return of thermal fluid.

The boiler has a front door that opens fully and indistinctly to the right or left to allow easy access and inspection of the inside of the boiler, leaving it fully accessible from the outside, facilitating inspection, maintenance and cleaning tasks. The burner coupling is located in the front door.

ADVANTAGES

  • Extensively tested innovative design
  • Maintenance without ladders, platforms or cranes
  • Ensures the conservation of the thermal fluid characteristics
  • Suitable for liquid and gaseous fuels

RELIABLE EQUIPMENT

Our thermal fluid boilers are equipped with the best components on the market. Also, like all the equipment manufactured by SINCAL, they have our successful touch control panel and its associated PLC, both of our own design, which allow visual, easy and intuitive access to the working conditions of the boiler, modify the working parameters of the same or see the alarms activated among other functions.
