SINCAL has a steam, hot water and superheated water boiler rental service to help you solve any emergency, unforeseen event or setback that implies the need to have a boiler available for a limited time in a quick and easy way, such as process relocations, planned repairs, long term maintenance, specific increases in production, etc.

Our rental boilers are perfect to help you in these situations. Along with the boilers we also include commissioning, and if you wish, periodic overhauls.

Our boilers are designed and built in compliance with all current standards. After each rental, the boilers are inspected and upgraded in our workshop.

Boilers available

The following boilers are currently (April 2024) available:

CONTAINER 2000kg/h

  • HS rental boiler integrated in a 20-foot sea container
  • Steam production: 2000 kg/h
  • Maximum working pressure: 12 bar
  • Category according to R.E.P.: First class, with restrictions of a minimum distance of 5 meters from other people’s risk.
  • Including modulating oil burner
  • Spirax sarco all/nothing type automatic level control system
  • Includes electrical panel with ABB automaton
  • Automatic sludge purge
  • Automatic salt purge, Spirax Sarco

The container is also equipped with:

  • 1000L feed tank, suitable for continuous operation of the boiler.
  • 25 resin water softener, suitable for feed water with low hardness. Consult us for medium and high hardness.
  • Chemical dosing pump, suitable for dosing multipurpose boiler chemicals (pH, oxygen inhibitor, etc.).
  • Diesel tank of 750 liters.
  • Interior lighting, including emergency lighting and ABC powder extinguisher.

SUPERHEATED WATER BOILER 6 MW

  • Rental boiler model SINCAL LD-WH of superheated water (>110ºC) or hot water (<110ºC)
  • Power: 6000 kW
  • Design pressure: 9 bar
  • Including WEISHAUPT modulating oil burner
  • Includes electrical panel with ABB automaton

The boiler is also equipped with:

  • Primary circuit pump
  • Supporting structure with upper walkway and access ladder.
